This notice explains how personal data shared through this website is processed under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

What we collect and why

When you request an appointment we collect your name, phone number, optional email address, the treatment area and date you choose, and any note you write. We use this data only to arrange, confirm and manage your appointment and to contact you about it.

Legal basis

Your explicit consent given on the appointment form, and the establishment of a service relationship at your request (KVKK Article 5). Health information you choose to write in the note is processed on the basis of your explicit consent (KVKK Article 6).

Sharing and storage

Your data is not sold or shared for marketing. It is stored on the website's server and in the clinic's email for as long as needed to manage the appointment and to meet legal record-keeping obligations, then deleted.

Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, and object to processing. Send your request to hello@drahmetsadikilinc.com.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The map on the contact page loads from Google only after you choose to show it.
